Benjamin is an American artist who has been living and working in Paris, France since 2018. In 2021 he began a study of breads from different boulangeries across the city.
Bread is a unique way of connecting with history and culture through food, and as such, this collection is a reflection on preserving history and culture, as well as access to quality food.
These are featured here in an ongoing series alongside other previous projects.
